Position Overview

Tech Coordinator

The ideal candidate will bridge technology and business operations while maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating reviews for data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities across product, AI, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain

    technical documentation

    , PRDs, meeting notes, and review reports.
  • Track project milestones, metrics, and timelines; identify delays and propose corrective actions.
  • Assist in feature planning, testing, and rollout of AI and software applications.
  • Facilitate

    weekly and monthly review meetings

    ; document outcomes and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with business operations to address escalations and requests, ensuring timely resolution through effective coordination with technical teams..
Requirements

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • B.Tech / B.E.

    in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (mandatory).
  • 2–4 years

    of experience in

    technical coordination, product management, or tech operations

  • Strong

    technical writing

    and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with

    AI-based applications

    and software development processes.
  • Experience using

    JIRA, Confluence, Zoho Projects, or Notion

    for task and process tracking.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
