The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support and coordination to ensure the smooth delivery of STEM training programs. This role involves collaborating with educators, STEM trainers, and various stakeholders to maintain and improve the technical aspects of training sessions, ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of STEM training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
• Collaborate with STEM trainers and educators to ensure the alignment of content with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Monitor the progress of training programs and provide timely reports to program managers or directors.
• Provide technical assistance to STEM trainers during training sessions, ensuring all equipment, software, and online platforms are functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, software, or connectivity during training sessions.
• Maintain and update technical tools and resources, including hardware, software, and digital learning platforms.
• Assist in the development and customization of STEM training materials, ensuring they are aligned with educational standards and best practices.
• Ensure the integration of emerging technologies and innovations in STEM education into the training programs.
• Work closely with STEM trainers, program managers, and other team members to develop strategies for continuous improvement in STEM training delivery.
• Liaise with external vendors or service providers to procure necessary technical resources, tools, or training materials.
• Collect and analyze data on training outcomes, technical performance, and learner engagement.
• Provide regular feedback on the effectiveness of the training programs and suggest improvements based on data and observations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in STEM education, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in training and workshops to enhance technical and instructional skills.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and block-based programming languages for developing and debugging interactive STEM projects.
• Hardware Expertise: Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi for building and integrating electronic prototypes.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a STEM-related discipline).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical coordination or support role in a STEM-focused environment.
• Experience with educational technology, online learning platforms, and technical troubleshooting.
