The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support, customer service, project management, and ensuring efficient power solutions. Responsibilities 1. AMC Renewal & Client Communication • Initiate timely calls to clients for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewal. • Follow up with clients to ensure contract continuity and address any queries. • Maintain a schedule of upcoming renewals and update status accordingly. 2. Complaint & Service Coordination • Receive and record customer complaints in the system. • Assign service tasks to technicians and ensure timely resolution. • Track the progress of open complaints and follow up until closure. 3. Repair Service Call Management • Coordinate all incoming repair-related service calls. • Communicate with service engineers and ensure proper scheduling and resolution. • Maintain records of repair calls, actions taken, and client feedback. 4. Monthly Reporting • Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports covering AMCs, complaints, service status, and technician performance. • Share insights and trends with management for decision-making and improvement planning. Other task delegated by higher authority. Qualifications Required Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Analytical Skills for problem-solving Technical Support and Client Management experience Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous experience in the power electronics industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering or management field is a plus 1-2 years of experience in related or similar background role is a plus Annual CTC would depend upon experience.
