Technical Coordinator

The role of Technical Coordinator at Sun Power India, located in Surat, entails providing technical support, customer service, project management, and ensuring efficient power solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. AMC Renewal & Client Communication: - Initiate timely client calls for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewal. - Follow up with clients to ensure contract continuity and address queries. - Maintain a schedule of upcoming renewals and update status accordingly. 2. Complaint & Service Coordination: - Record customer complaints and assign service tasks for timely resolution. - Track progress of open complaints and follow up until closure. 3. Repair Service Call Management: - Coordinate incoming repair-related service calls. - Communicate with service engineers for scheduling and resolution. - Maintain records of repair calls, actions taken, and client feedback. 4. Monthly Reporting: - Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports covering AMCs, complaints, service status, and technician performance. - Share insights and trends with management for decision-making and improvement planning. Qualifications Required: - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Analytical Skills for problem-solving - Technical Support and Client Management experience - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Previous experience in the power electronics industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or management field is a plus - 1-2 years of experience in a related role is a plus Annual CTC will be based on experience.
