• Project Support Assist in producing presentations, reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team Support Provide administrative support to Project Design Managers, including managing and organising the HAZOP process booking system.
• Stakeholder Communication Support the team in preparing key public relations communications to ensure customers are well-informed and satisfied.
• Process Improvement – Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency across projects.
• Collaboration – Work alongside other Team Coordinators to build a strong, knowledge-sharing community.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• A problem-solving mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
• Strong Organisational & Administrative Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
