Role Overview: As a Technical Coordinator for Field Deployment at Sapience Publications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation of our application in schools across Tamil Nadu and neighboring states. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will be instrumental in supporting educators and schools in accessing our innovative KG curriculum solutions without any technical hindrances. Key Responsibilities: - Visit schools throughout Tamil Nadu to perform on-site app installation and setup. - Provide basic training and troubleshoot issues for school staff during the installation process. - Set up projectors, laptops, and other related hardware at designated school locations. - Maintain proper documentation and submit detailed reports following each site visit. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field is preferred. - Proficiency in Android/iOS app installation procedures and basic IT support. - Willingness to travel extensively, including remote areas, to fulfill job requirements. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil, with a basic understanding of English. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively.
