About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with strong SEO knowledge to create high-quality, authoritative content that drives organic growth and supports our B2B SaaS marketing strategy. In this role, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and value-driven content for decision-makers, prospects, and users. 

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation

• Write and edit high-quality long-form and short-form content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product explainers, landing pages, email copy, and scripts.

• Translate technical product features into compelling benefits for technical and business audiences.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content.  

SEO & Content Optimization :

• Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor content analysis to inform content strategy.

• Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure.

• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars that support SEO, product launches, and growth campaigns.

• Monitor content performance and continuously improve ranking, engagement, and conversions. 

Research & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams to gather insights and source technical information.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and SaaS best practices. 

Content Strategy Support :

• Help build topic clusters and pillar content to strengthen domain authority.

• Repurpose existing content into various formats (blogs → guides, webinars → articles, etc.).

• Support thought leadership initiatives and contribute ideas for new content opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience writing technical or product-focused content for B2B SaaS brands.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and content optimization best practices.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.

• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console,GA4 and AEO and GEO ).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with the SaaS buyer journey, lead-generation content, and product led growth (PLG) strategies is a plus. 

Nice-to-Have :

• Experience writing for developer tools, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or other technical domains.

• Basic understanding of UX writing or technical documentation.

• Ability to do copywriting and create content for video scripts, webinars, and social media.
