About the Role

The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our Capital Markets and Investment Banking IT environments.

Responsibilities

8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Investment Banking IT environments.
Strong working knowledge of capital market instruments – Equities, Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income, Structured Products.
Hands-on experience with data mapping, data extraction, and data transformation in technical projects.
Proficiency in SQL – ability to query, analyze, and profile data independently.
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, market data systems, and trading platforms.
Experience with SDLC methodologies – Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, SQL Developer, etc.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

Technical Business Analysis in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
Data mapping, extraction, and transformation.
SQL proficiency.
Understanding of trade lifecycle and market data systems.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant tools.
