Technical Business Analyst

As a highly driven Technical Business (TB) Analyst at Regenesys Business School (Regenius division), your role will involve improving system and business efficiency through developing new technical strategies and models, system integration frameworks, and user processes. You will be responsible for communicating to management how these strategies and models enhance business efficiency and translating technical requirements to business and vice versa. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct research by interviewing individuals about business requirements and create project specifications. - Execute RFIs for selecting the best solutions. - Develop transitioning plans for legacy systems and decommissioning of legacy systems. - Implement automated, digitalized, and optimized process, user interaction, and data interaction solutions. - Design system and data flow diagrams from an enterprise to modular level. - Analyze and organize gathered information to understand and implement project requirements. - Facilitate employee engagement during projects by bridging the gap between management and employees. - Document and obtain approval for use case/business case formulation. - Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the business and systems. - Maintain, document, test, and enhance business and systems operations. - Interact with management, clients, and developers, demonstrating strong negotiation skills. - Act as a liaison between business and IT groups, understanding and communicating technical specifications effectively. - Manage IP library and version control, as well as implement change management across systems and processes. - Supervise the design of new products and systems, evaluating their market performance. - Understand technology standards, mitigate identified risks, and create performance reports. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT, or related field. - Proven experience as a technical business analyst. - Training in Business Process Modelling. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience in Systems/Modelling/Processing, API, Microservices, and Cloud solutions. - Minimum of 10 years of experience. - CMMI Level 3 to Level 5 Certification is mandatory. - Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access or similar flow orchestration tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
