Role & Responsibilities:

Architect and optimize
scalable, high-performance systems for millions of users.
Oversee critical technology decisions
related to backend, frontend, mobile, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
Design and manage INDmoney’s API architecture
to enable seamless integrations and high-performance transactions.
Design robust API Gateway
with authentication, rate limiting, and monitoring for security & scalability.
Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability
through best practices in cloud architecture.
Lead API strategy
– REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets for fintech services, ensuring low-latency, high-availability performance thereby delivering the FASTEST trading and investment experience in the country.
Collaborate & mentor engineering, product, and data teams
to align technology with business goals.
Drive engineering excellence
, enforcing clean architecture, best coding practices, and robust

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience
in architecting and building high performance, low latency consumer facing stacks with large scale. (Millions of users with high concurrency)
Expertise in
scalable system design, microservices architecture, event-driven systems
.
Strong experience with
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, and serverless architecture
.
Deep understanding of
API security (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), performance optimization, and monitoring
.
Experience in
fintech, investment platforms, or high-scale B2C applications
is a big plus.
Hands-on coding ability
(even if not a daily responsibility) to drive technical discussions.
A
growth mindset
, ability to think from first principles, and willingness to take ownership.
