Technical Architect

You also provide mentorship to team members, including offshore teams, ensuring the highest level of professionalism in all interactions. Your role involves project management tasks, contributing to the success of projects focused on cloud-based business applications. You are expected to challenge and guide customers towards appropriate solutions, leveraging standard cloud software functionality creatively and minimizing reliance on custom code solutions. Travel to client sites may be necessary, and you are responsible for generating status reports, time tracking, and expense reports in a timely manner. As a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in project implementations, CRM software, and technical leadership positions, your wealth of knowledge and expertise will be highly valued. Your educational background in Computer Science or a related field, combined with certifications such as Salesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect, will be beneficial.
