Key Accountabilities

• 
  

  Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends and maintain a strong point of view.



• 
  

  Lead domain work in architecting and developing high-quality solutions for large or complex projects.



• 
  

  Track project progress, conduct code/design reviews, run status meetings, and report status to engagement leadership.



• 
  

  Adjust design plans, staffing, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.



• 
  

  Develop strategies to adopt and leverage emerging technologies.



• 
  

  Drive proactive problem-solving at project, team, and domain levels.



• 
  

  Support Sales pursuits with domain expertise, solution strategy, and proposal contributions.



• 
  

  Own content sections within proposals and RFPs.



• 
  

  Manage engineering delivery quality, mentor the technical team, and mitigate technical risks.



• 
  

  Engage with client IT leadership to define solution roadmaps and convert business needs into digital solutions.



• 
  

  Provide deep technical expertise to solve complex business issues involving data integration and database design.



• 
  

  Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all client technology discussions.



• 
  

  Shape opportunities and create execution strategies across the client engagement lifecycle.



• 
  

  Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards through development guidelines and active code review.



• 
  

  Mentor, guide, and support team members.



• 
  

  Stay well-versed with current technology trends and open-source platforms.

Mandatory Skills

• 
  

  Strong passion for technology and its impact on user experience.



• 
  

  Hands-on experience with:



• 
  

  JDK 21 and above



• 
  

  Spring Boot 3.x and above



• 
  

  Microservices architecture and design patterns (Outbox, Saga, etc.)



• 
  

  Transactional ACID semantics and Spring Boot annotation handling



• 
  

  Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Oracle/PostgreSQL



• 
  

  Cloud-native development and scaling on AWS (EKS, MSK, RDS, ElasticCache, Network Firewall, etc.)



• 
  

  Good understanding of containerization (Kubernetes).



• 
  

  Expertise in CI/CD pipelines.



• 
  

  Ability to conduct detailed code reviews for functionality, scalability, and performance.



• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Security within SDLC/SSDLC (SAST, DAST, SCA).



• 
  

  Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 or equivalent security best practices.



• 
  

  Experience working in Agile development environments.



• 
  

  Ability to use GenAI tools for code review.
