Job Summary Position Technical Vendor Manager 5 to 10 years experience Work Location Bangalore Work Hours Day Shift between 12PM to 11PM, any 8 hours in between. Resource must flexible on work timing as there will be calls with US covering US hours. It is a must for resource to work minimum 3 days from office. Technical Vendor Manager (5 10 Years of Experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Vendor Manager with 5 10 years of experience to oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with audits, security, regulatory requirements and end to end application ownership. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor related issues impacting compliance, finance, billing operations, and product management. Monitor compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements, including driving remediation efforts and maintaining funding prioritization lists. Generate and analyze reports to monitor application performance and compliance, engaging various groups to develop and track remediation plans. Review and approve vulnerability exceptions and coordinate database and operating system patching at the application level. Track and manage vendor performance against metrics and SLAs, ensuring cost effective solutions and compliance with standards. Support rapid deployment processes by reviewing and approving requests, ensuring they meet requirements and criteria. Participate in cloud migration and data center closing activities, including managing access to subscriptions and tools. Interface with vendors to ensure resolution of issues and provide necessary authorization. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate changes or remediation of compliance issues. Attend calls and meetings to understand new requirements and communicate them to relevant teams. Qualifications: Bachelor¿s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5 10 years of experience in application management, IT security, or a related field. Proven experience in vendor management, project management, or a related role. Strong understanding of compliance, security, and audit requirements. Knowledge of vulnerability management, security scanning tools, and remediation processes. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing technical vendors and overseeing compliance with security and audit standards. Knowledge of rapid deployment processes and requirements. Experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and related access management tools.
