We are looking for a passionate and motivated tech lead to join our team. In this role, you will be leading the development of cutting-edge XR experiences across AR and VR platforms, guide the technical vision, and manage a team of developers. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual and is excited to build transformative solutions in the XR space.

About the Job

• Lead the development and architecture of immersive AR/VR experiences, primarily using Unity Engine.
• Oversee the end-to-end technical execution of XR projects, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to build engaging, high-performance XR applications.
• Evaluate and integrate APIs and backend services as needed for XR solutions.
• Guide the team on best practices for optimization, interaction design, and hardware integration.
• Explore and prototype with emerging XR technologies, keeping the team ahead of the curve.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to planning, timeline estimation, and project delivery with the product and project management teams.
• Work on cross-platform XR development, with opportunities to explore Unreal Engine if applicable.

What you have

• Strong professional experience with Unity Engine.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine is preferred.
• Solid understanding of AR/VR development, XR interaction models, and spatial computing.
• Good experience working with APIs and backend integration.
• Ability to lead a team, make architectural decisions, and manage project timelines.
• Passion for immersive technologies and keeping up with the latest trends in XR.
• Problem-solving and strong communication skills.
