We are looking for an energetic and motivated Chief of Staff Intern to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the CEO, helping to streamline operations, manage projects, and contribute to the company’s growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized individual eager to learn and grow within a startup environment, with an interest in XR technology. About the Job Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar—schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders. Handle email correspondance, draft responses and prioritize communications Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required. Assist in tracking and managing ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Conduct research on XR technology trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Support in event planning, basic bookkeeping, and other operational tasks as assigned. Assist the CEO in preparing client meetings, pitches, and strategic discussions. Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, communication, or team workflows. What you have Organizational and time management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Discretion and confidentiality Ability to multitask, take initiative and prioritize effectively Interest or basic knowledge of XR technology Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment Experience with research or data analysis Prior internship or volunteer experience in a startup or tech-related field(preferred).
