Role Description This is an internship role for a Chief of Staff Intern at IIMaspirant. As a Chief of Staff Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the executive team in daily operations, coordinating with various departments, conducting research, and managing special projects. You will also be involved in strategy planning and execution. This is a hybrid role based in Indore, with some work from home acceptable. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent research and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing) Familiarity with CAT and IPMAT exams is a plus Experience with data analysis and strategic planning is beneficial
