We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our production systems and applications. This role involves managing a team responsible for performance monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing system improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java , microservices , Kafka , and cloud technologies , with a proven ability to troubleshoot in complex production environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a production support team to ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems. Work within an Agile environment to design, build, and implement business solutions. Monitor application performance across mobile and desktop platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Develop and deploy high-quality, robust applications and business solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical architects to design systems and data flows. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Create effort estimations and drive the team toward successful project delivery. Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, development, and deployment. Technical Skills Required: Primary: Java/J2EE , Spring Boot , Hibernate , Microservices REST/SOAP APIs , MySQL , NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) Kafka , Redis , Amazon S3 Secondary: Linux Scripting , PL/SQL , Angular 2.0+ , MongoDB Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture Hands-on experience with Kafka and Redis Familiarity with Agile/Scaled Agile Scrum methodologies Background in developing and deploying applications in real-time, multi-threaded environments Working knowledge of Unix/Linux Solid understanding of design patterns Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL (queries, procedures, views, joins) Excellent verbal, written , and interpersonal communication skills Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams effectively Qualifications: Associate degree in BCA or a related field (minimum); Bachelor’s degree preferred Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered Show more Show less
