Your role as a Tech Lead will involve managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinating various managers and technical personnel throughout all project phases. Monitoring project progress, training and guiding the team, implementing quality control processes, and managing resources effectively will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects by identifying risks, conducting mitigation action planning, managing changes in project scope, and acting as a single point of contact for the team and management. As a lead, you will resolve technical challenges, mentor team members, plan work to meet delivery timelines, and provide a conducive learning and growth environment for the team. Key technical skills required for this role include proficiency in Java / J2EE / Spring frameworks, Data Layer (JPA / Hibernate), Rest API, Microservices, Databases (MySQL, Redis), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication, customer requirement elicitation and analysis, debugging tools, unit testing, and problem-solving abilities are must-have skills.
