Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions. Manage project timelines and deliverables. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations. Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors modules. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
