Job Description Tech Delivery Specialist-Jr (SAP Testing) R25_0009025 Chennai About The Job We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Automation Test Associate to join our QA team. This role will focus on developing and executing automated tests across a range of applications, including SAP, web, Windows, PDF forms, SAC, Ariba, MSD and Microsoft applications. The ideal candidate will have some initial experience in automation testing using testing tools (e.g., UFT, Selenium, Test Complete, TOSCA, Worksoft Certify) and a keen interest in developing skills in SAP and web technologies. You will work collaboratively with experienced functional experts and developers to ensure the quality and efficiency of our systems. Responsibilities: Develop and execute automated test scripts for SAP, web, Windows, PDF forms, SAC, Ariba, MSD and Microsoft applications based on defined test plansGain practical experience with automation tools like Worksoft Certify to develop test scripts for SAP and web applicationsIdentify and document software defects found during test executionAssist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing automation scriptsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on testing strategiesFollow established testing processes and standards for all application typesProactively learn new automation techniques and tools relevant to the supported domains Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, including some exposure to both SAP and web testingBasic scripting or programming skills (e.g., ABAP, Java, Python, JavaScript)Familiarity with basic automation concepts and tools for SAP and web applicationsUnderstanding of the software testing lifecycleStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityEagerness to learn and develop expertise in automation across various application typesGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsAbility to effectively present test plans, results, and findingsActive listening skills and the ability to ask clarifying questionsAbility to identify, analyze, and resolve software defectsStrong analytical skills to understand complex systems and test scenariosProven ability to troubleshoot and determine the root cause of issuesCapacity to think critically and develop effective solutions to testing challengesDemonstrated ability to learn and apply new problem-solving techniques Additional Information Enjoy a flexible and rewarding work environment with peer-to-peer recognition platforms.
