Purpose/Objective


    The Team Member - Techno Commercial - Admin (Ahd only) responsible for analying & understanding users' requirement on material / services and accordingly arrange for vendor partner and purchase deal by negotiating best deal.the role is accountable for adhering to commercial SOP and process related compliance adoption at user level.This role also drive negotiation and NFA creation.Additionally, ensure the maintaining & updating Vendor bank and Data & MIS for management reporting.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Cost Management and Efficiency: - Assists in vendor management, negotiation and sourcing, tracking expenses, and supporting cost-effective services. Vendor Liaison and Contract Assistance: - Helps maintain communication with vendors, ensuring contract terms are followed and assisting with any necessary coordination. Compliance and Policy Adherence: - Ensures that all commercial activities follow internal policies, DOA, and compliance requirements. Collaboration and Resource Sharing: - Facilitates effective communication and resource sharing among team members to support smooth operations. Administrative Coordination and Team Engagement: - Helps in coordinating activities within the team, ensuring alignment with functional goals and leveraging data pool for identifying vendors for onboarding to ensure supporting the operational requirements as per DOA. Key Stakeholders - Internal: - Group Admin Head - Finance and Budgeting Team - IT Team - Operations Team Key Stakeholders - External: - Service Providers - Contractors

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or specialization in Admin Services or Commercial Management is a plus. Work Experience (Range of years): - 3-5 years in administrative services and vendor management, with prior experience in techno-commercial roles and budgeting.
