Job responsibility
- Responsible for providing technical support for Service Delivery of Transmission Network.
- Ensuring proper troubleshooting and resolution
- Key Responsibilities include: -
- Service Delivery & Change Management: Configurations for Transmission Network
- Ensure proper Troubleshooting in co-ordination with FO, TAC, Vendor, customer and planning to resolve the issue,
- Understanding customer requirements as per planning document and provision in ECI, Nokia and Tejas Network
- MIS: Maintaining/preparing DSR and other relevant data.
- Maintaining network parameters i.e Topology Label, circuit parameters , Bandwidth , TCI , AMS detail , etc as per standard
- Support to Disconnection Team for service disconnection and freed up Bandwidth
- Ensuring guidelines and process to be followed for each Network delivery and Network change management.
- Ensuring provisioning for service improvement suggested by stakeholders
- Ensuring support to Revenue Assurance Audit
- Candidate should possess strong technical skills in SDH and Packet network.
- Candidate should be well versed with process workflow and follow guidelines
- Candidates should possess good communication skills.
- Candidate should get adapted with new process ,Tools and Network elements
- Candidate should be good and fast learner to quickly understand the new network /product/ customer services,etc
- Candidates should be open for shift work, including nights and weekends.

Skills
- Over 3 to 10+ years of experience in SDH and OTN Transmission domain.
- Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge of Transmission core network elements e.g ECI, Nokia and Tejas
- Excellent problem-solving, Decision making and communication skills.
- Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
- Analytical skills

B.E./B.Tech (Telecom/Communication/Instrumental)
