Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field teams for CSP & merchant onboarding

• Handle live projects with banks and fintech partners

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets & performance

• Coordinate with bank/partner teams for smooth operations

• Monitor field activities, reporting, and compliance

• Resolve merchant/CSP issues and ensure service quality

• Motivate team members and improve productivity

Role Description

The Team Manager will lead and manage field teams responsible for CSP/merchant acquisition, onboarding, and digital payment services across multiple fintech and banking projects. The role involves driving targets, ensuring smooth field operations, maintaining compliance, and delivering high merchant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, team handling, and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of digital payments, QR-based systems, CSP & merchant onboarding

• Experience in fintech / banking / payment projects preferred

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in using team tracking & performance tools

• Ability to work in an on-site, target-driven, field environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field
