As a Team Manager, your responsibilities include leading, coordinating, and managing team activities to ensure operational efficiency and achieve business goals. You will oversee daily tasks, set performance goals, provide mentorship to team members, conduct evaluations, and ensure adherence to the organization’s policies and values. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills Planning, organizational, and time management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience in project coordination and resource allocation Proficiency in conflict resolution and performance evaluation Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
