Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and manage a team of Financial Advisors / Insurance Consultants Drive sales of Tata AIA life insurance products through the team Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly business goals Support team members in prospecting, client meetings, presentations, and closures Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure quality service Conduct regular training, review meetings, and performance coaching Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and adherence to Tata AIA and IRDA guidelines Track business pipelines, generate MIS reports, and share updates with management Required Skills & Competencies:Strong team-handling and leadership ability Good communication, influencing, and mentoring skills Target-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset Knowledge of life insurance / financial products preferred Qualifications:Graduate (MBA preferred) Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sales and team handling is desirable IRDA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Benefits:Fixed salary + attractive incentives Performance-based growth and rewards Opportunity to work with a Tata AIA–associated organization
