About the Role
As a Team Leader at TaskUs, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional results. You will play a key role in driving performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a positive work environment where employees thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates to achieve performance targets and KPIs.Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to team members.Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and present team performance metrics to management.Identify training needs and assist in implementing development programs.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3–9 years of relevant experience in BPO/Customer Service operations.Proven experience in team handling, people management, and performance management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for decision-making.Excellent problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills.Flexible to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
