*Project Location* : Indonesia (Multiple Sites)*Project Type:* Huawei Telecom Project – Field Deployment*Employment Type:* Full-Time / Contract-Based (Long-Term Deployment)*Salary Package:** ₹45,000 In-Hand (Monthly)* ₹15,000 Food Allowance* Accommodation and Cab Facility provided by the company*Job Overview:*We are urgently hiring Telecom Engineers and Team Leads with strong experience in Huawei BTS Installation, Swap Projects, RAN Integration, and eNodeB Deployment for an international project in Indonesia. This is a field-based role requiring travel across multiple site locations as per project needs.*Key Responsibilities:** Perform installation, commissioning, and integration of Huawei BTS and eNodeB equipment.* Execute BTS swap and RAN integration activities according to Huawei standards.* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks of installed equipment.* Coordinate with Huawei technical teams, site engineers, and project managers for smooth rollout.* Maintain detailed documentation including site audit reports, installation checklists, and integration logs.* Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and company guidelines.* For Team Leads: Supervise and guide teams, manage resources, and ensure timely project delivery.** Candidate Requirements:** 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Huawei telecom projects.* In-depth knowledge of BTS, eNodeB, and RAN architecture and implementation.* Prior experience in international projects is a plus (especially SEA region).* Ability to lead teams (for Team Lead roles) and manage site execution independently.* Good understanding of telecom tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.* Flexibility to relocate and travel across sites within Indonesia.* Strong communication and coordination skills.*Benefits Provided:** ₹15,000 Monthly Food Allowance (in addition to salary)* Company-Provided Accommodation (Shared/Single as per location)* Cab Facility for daily site commutes* Visa, Work Permits, and Travel arranged by the company* International project exposure with a leading telecom vendor (Huawei)* Performance-based extension and long-term opportunities
