Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Drive the team to achieve monthly sales targets in office.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
Track and maintain accurate records of team performance and sales results.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and productivity.
Maintain discipline and foster a positive, motivating work environment.
Monitor and review the performance of Sales Executives.8. Prepare and share sales reports and forecasts with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Check how well sales strategies are working by reviewing team performance, taking feedback, and listening to call recordings.
Take full accountability for the sales results and discipline of the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
6-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in stock Market or Edtech Industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
