Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to meet personal sales quotas and team-wide targets in the finance and IT product lines. You will track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify and close new business opportunities in areas such as fintech, enterprise tech, SaaS, ERP, and digital financial services. In terms of client relationship management, you will be required to build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers like CFOs, CIOs, and Procurement Heads. This involves conducting client meetings, delivering solution presentations, negotiating deals, and engaging in long-term account planning. Furthermore, as a leader, you will need to mentor and support a team of sales executives to ensure they achieve their targets. Creating a high-performance culture centered around goal alignment, collaboration, and accountability is key. You will also be responsible for conducting regular reviews, providing training, and managing the sales pipeline to enhance team productivity. Market research and reporting are crucial aspects of the role. You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will be required to generate detailed reports on individual and team performance against KPIs for senior leadership. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in finance and IT/software sales. Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals individually and lead teams to collective success is essential. Proficiency in sales tools and CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot is also necessary, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). Preferred skills include experience working with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or enterprise tech clients, familiarity with data analytics, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions, multilingual abilities, or exposure to regional/global sales. Performance metrics that you will be evaluated on include individual sales target achievement, team sales target achievement, client acquisition and retention rates, revenue growth by product segment, and sales cycle efficiency and lead conversion rate. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. A minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience and fluency in English are required for this role.,
