About the Role:
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives. The role involves team supervision, outbound calling, lead distribution, data handling, and achieving sales team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
· Distribute and track leads efficiently using CRM or Excel.
· Support the team in outbound calls and closing deals.
· Maintain accurate sales data and performance reports.
· Provide training, feedback, and performance coaching.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations).
Requirements:
· Graduate in any field
· 1–3 years of sales experience; 1+ year in a team lead role
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
Preferred Industry:
Logistics / E-commerce / Digital Marketing / EdTech / Finance
