Key Responsibilities-


  • Build, train & lead a successful sales team.
  • Set and achieve team revenue goals through strategic planning.
  • Manage sales funnels, review deals, and guide team members in closing.
  • Provide on-field support and customer engagement when required.
  • Drive business development for both commercial & residential segments.
  • Maintain exceptional client service & documentation standards.
  • Collect market intelligence and implement competitive strategies.
  • Ensure real-time updates on CRM systems and data accuracy.
  • Take charge of payment collections and JV/Consortium tie-ups.


What We’re Looking For-


  • 2–7 years of real estate sales experience (Commercial projects experience preferred).
  • Proven leadership & team management skills in target-driven environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and client acquisition abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead to closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
