As a Team Leader - Sales at iNVESTORS DIVINE in Noida, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and leading high-performing teams in the real estate investment space. Your responsibilities will include: - Building, training, and leading a successful sales team to achieve revenue goals strategically. - Managing sales funnels, reviewing deals, and guiding team members in closing deals effectively. - Providing on-field support and engaging with customers when necessary. - Driving business development for both commercial and residential segments. - Maintaining exceptional client service standards and documentation practices. - Collecting market intelligence and implementing competitive strategies. - Ensuring real-time updates on CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy.
