Team Leader - Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Motivation: Guide, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue and achieve company objectives.
• Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular, constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align on go-to-market strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in a sales role, with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role, even if not formal.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for coaching, negotiating, and client engagement.
• Ability to analyze sales data, interpret metrics, and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Soft Skills: Strong motivation, problem-solving, and team engagement abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
