Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a recruitment team for permanent hiring in the Non-IT domain.
  • Ensure team performance by setting hiring targets and achieving monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Guide team members through the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and closures.
  • Monitor individual and team productivity to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Drive performance, provide feedback, and mentor recruiters to maximize output.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations.
  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics and reports for management.
  • Work closely with senior management to align hiring strategies with business objectives.

______________Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling in a recruitment environment.
  • Proven track record of target achievement in hiring mandates.
  • Experience in handling a team of 46 recruiters or more.
  • Strong exposure to BFSI industry hiring (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
