Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohtak for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring that targets are met. Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies for process improvement. The Team Leader will also be tasked with handling escalations, reporting to higher management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in performance monitoring and process improvement strategies
Ability to handle escalations and report to higher management
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Knowledge of the mobile-internet industry and digital services
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
