Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Bharath Auto Cars Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, as is a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office, the ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively, and a proactive approach to staying updated on Maruti Suzuki products and industry trends are also required.
