Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team and provide an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly, confident, and customer-focused with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Assist customers with queries, service reminders, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain customer records & update CRM systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up after service
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Provide timely reports to the manager

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (Kannada & English)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-handling skills
  • Positive attitude & problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,300.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
