Experience: Minimum 1 Year Of Experience As A Team Leader With Over all 4+ Years Of Experience In International Voice Process where managed Inbound Customer Service Voice Process, Team Of Customer Service Associates & SME.

Must have Managed Teams Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT, SLA & Teams Performance. & Clients.

Experience in Travel, Airline, Booking, Holiday Or Hotel Booking & Management Processes Of International Customer Service Voice Will Be Added Advantage.
