Role Overview:

As a BPO Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of telesales agents who promote our health and wellness products to customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a high-performing team, have experience in telesales, and a deep understanding of the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets for health and wellness products.
• Design and implement effective telesales strategies to promote product awareness, increase sales, and drive customer loyalty.
• Monitor team performance through daily/weekly reports and provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance sales techniques.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the team is well-equipped to promote our health and wellness products.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the benefits of the products, addressing any concerns and objections effectively.
• Ensure a consistent and personalized experience for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Track and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and refine telesales approaches.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to stay aligned on promotional campaigns, product updates, and customer trends.
• Foster a positive and motivating team culture that emphasizes teamwork, individual growth, and results.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products to ensure the team is competitive and informed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal compliance, and ethical standards while conducting telesales activities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or in a similar role within a telesales environment, preferably in health and wellness or consumer products.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance and achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with -customers and team members.
• Deep understanding of the health and wellness industry, with a passion for promoting products that enhance well-being.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team to improve sales performance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, telesales scripts, and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
