Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Front Office team at Alila Fort Bishangarh Jaipur, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
Supervise and train front desk staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
Implement effective communication strategies to enhance team performance and collaboration.
Monitor and analyze front office metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a front office leadership role, preferably in a similar establishment.
Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is desirable.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
