Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the food and beverage service team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
  • Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve exceptional results.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
