Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team in the Domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience and be based in TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of domestic operations to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or Call Centre environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle pressure and stress.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
