Job Summary

BFC Capital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and performance-driven Sales Team Leader



Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.

2. Performance Management

  • Set individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor sales activities, KPIs, and overall performance.
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement plans.

3. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with BFC Capital’s business goals.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support sales forecasting and strategic decision-making.

4. Sales Operations

  • Manage and allocate team resources effectively to meet targets.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including reporting, CRM updates, and process compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to established sales processes and standards.

5. Customer Relations

  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Champion a customer-first approach within the team.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align initiatives and campaigns.
  • Share insights and feedback to support product improvements and business decisions.



Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong sales acumen with comprehensive product/industry knowledge.
  • Proven track record in sales; experience as a top-performing sales representative preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
