The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in loan sales or telecalling operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Team ManagementHandle a team of Sales Executives / Telecallers Assign daily calling targets & monitor performance Provide training, motivation, and support to team members Ensure discipline, productivity & performance improvement Take responsibility for team sales numbers & quality output 2. Sales & Business GrowthHelp team generate leads for Personal / Business Loans Guide team on pitching, customer handling & conversions Monitor follow-up process & ensure maximum closure Coordinate with banking partners & internal operations team Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are achieved 3. Process & DocumentationReview customer profiles & eligibility Ensure proper documentation & file login process Maintain CRM entries, call logs & reporting Solve escalations & handle difficult customers 4.
