Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader with a strong background in BPO and Tele calling. The role involves supervising a team of tele callers, driving performance, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining excellent client and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele callers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare performance reports and share updates with management.
Ensure adherence to scripts, quality standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Allocate tasks, schedule shifts, and manage team attendance.
Drive team productivity while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–4 years of experience in BPO/tele calling, with at least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools for reporting and data management.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
