Job Role & Responsibilities Cold Calling to potential customers and existing clients.ie Explain the customers about the product and services. Assist the customer in clearing all their queries regarding the product and services. Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Manage leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals. Handle objections and negotiate deals to close sales. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the companys products or services. Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to purchase products or services, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Job Description for Team Leader What we are looking for We are currently hiring for a Team Leader. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader Core Sales to join our growing organization. This role requires a strong leader who can balance personal execution with team oversight, foster motivation, and align the team’s efforts with organizational sales goals. Skills Required Proven Experience of 2-4 years as a Team Leader. Must have handled a team of 10 to 12 people. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must know how to speak Marathi, Hindi, and English. Must be smart and enthusiastic and know how to solve the queries of the clients. Technically Sound and must be comfortable working with different sales systems. Must know about MS office. Job Role and Responsibilities Individual Sales Contribution Actively participate in sales activities to meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold calling and networking. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide prompt, clear, and professional assistance to resolve doubts and issues. Team Leadership and Performance Management Supervise and manage a team of 10–12 sales executives to achieve collective team targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for each team member. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback. Planning and Execution Plan and execute sales strategies in alignment with business objectives. Ensure data accuracy and reporting via CRM or sales tracking tools. Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and reporting. Reporting and Communication Prepare and submit regular sales reports and team updates to the Sales Manager. Communicate goals, updates, and important information from management to the team. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
