We are hiring for Team Lead Operations role in Customer service profile for Gurgaon sec 46 location

Below are the details for open role

Location - Sec 46 Gurgaon

Shift- Night Shift ( Flexible to work in 24*7 shift)

Year of Experience - 5 to 8 year of Relevant experience in Customer Support

Role and Responsibilities

Handle multiple responsibilities as an Individual Contributor, including transaction processing, inbound and outbound calls, and report creation in Excel.
Develop a thorough understanding of the People Ready domain and gain familiarity with all MSP customers (currently around 12, with additional customers as they transition).
Acquire proficiency in both Order Management and Compliance processes across all customers.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring timely completion of daily tasks such as clearing queue cases and resolving urgent issues within defined SLA and accuracy targets.
Work independently with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and proactively seek clarification when needed.
Ensure adherence to defined quality, accuracy, and productivity metrics.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and consistent process performance.
