Role & responsibilities

Hiring: Team Lead - Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong communication skills and a presentable personality.

Role Includes:

  • Lead generation & sales closures
  • Client meetings & site visits
  • Team handling & target achievement
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Meet prospective clients and explain company products/services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and sales targets
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate property demonstrations (i
  • Negotiate deals and close sales
  • Manage and guide the sales/BD team to improve performance
  • Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Experience: 2 - 5years (preferably in Real Estate )
