About the Role

TigerThrone Ad Agency is seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Lead to manage and guide our digital marketing and recruitment teams. This is a hybrid leadership role combining hands-on project management, campaign execution, and team coordination across client marketing efforts and talent acquisition.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

• Lead a cross-functional team of digital marketers and recruiters
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery on all campaigns and hiring projects
• Coach, mentor, and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Maintain high team morale and drive continuous process improvements

Digital Marketing Oversight

• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, LinkedIn)
• Coordinate with clients to align marketing strategy with their goals
• Review analytics and present actionable insights
• Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across digital channels

Recruitment Management

• Oversee sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies for internal and client needs
• Guide the recruitment team on job descriptions, interview best practices, and candidate engagement
• Ensure ATS usage, candidate pipeline health, and hiring metrics are on track

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO tools) and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in an ad agency or creative agency environment
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn Recruiting
• Knowledge of performance marketing and employer branding
