Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Team Lead for our Tele Sales division located in Vadodara. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year up to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. This role is pivotal in driving our sales targets and managing a team of dedicated tele-sales professionals.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead a team of tele-sales professionals and drive performance.
  • Proven experience in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate sales pitches and convey updates efficiently to the team.
  • Working experience as a tele-sales professional, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
  • Ability to set targets, monitor team performance, and guide team members towards achieving sales goals.
  • Proficient in performance auditing and tracking to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues early and implement effective solutions swiftly.
  • Capability to motivate and inspire the team to enhance productivity and achieve collective success.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele-sales representatives to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
